We ensure that such transfers are fully compliant with the GDPR by relying on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring your data receives an adequate level of protection.


8. Automated Decision-Making

Our processor, Shopify, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. This includes:

  • Temporary blacklists of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions.
  • Temporary blacklists of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses.

9. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, or until you ask us to erase this information. Certain data (such as transaction records) will be kept longer to comply with Hungarian and EU tax/accounting legal obligations.

The Site is strictly not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children or minors.
